Remark : Customer should present HKID upon sales for verification. Customer name and HKID no must be the same as the registrant.
Terms & Conditions:
1. Customers who purchase iPhone 3G/3GS Prepaid Kit must apply via http://iphone.three.com.hk.
2. Repeated registration will be counted once only and is placed on the waiting list according to the last record of registration submission.
3. Customers will be notified by SMS / telephone call when the stock is available. Customers are required to visit the specific 3Shop within 3 days to purchase the iPhone3G/3GS Prepaid Kit.
4. Customers are only entitled to the iPhone 3G/3GS Prepaid Kit of the memory capacity and colour they applied online, and subject to the stock availability.
5. Terms and conditions of iPhone 3G/3GS Prepaid Kit are set out at http://iphone.three.com.hk.
6. Hutchison Telecommunications (HK) Limited reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of the sale of iPhone 3G/3GS Prepaid Kit (include offering alternative iPhone 3G memory capacity or colour in substitution of those being applied f or online) at any time without prior notice. All matters and disputes in relation to the iPhone 3G/3GS will be subject to the final decision of Hutchison Telecommunications (HK) Limited.
7. Hutchison Telecommunications (HK) Limited reserves the discretion on sales of iPhone 3G/3GS Prepaid Kit to the registrants.
8. In case of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
