Terms & conditions:
• Customers are required to subscribe to iPhone Tariff Plan and one of the specified VAS package, namely, $15 "Hello" Ring, $18 SMS Pack, $28 Easyplus Data Package, $28 Multimedia Content Package, $28/300 mins Basic Airtime Pack or $58/650 mins Basic Airtime Pack during contract period and are required to settle monthly payment by credit card autopay.
• For sending each local intra-MMS among 3 customers, "M" will be deducted from your monthly plan; sending each local inter-operator MMS to a non-3 customer, "M" will be charged per MMS while inter-operator MMS surcharges are waived during promotion period. To send international MMS to customer of operators overseas, M + $3 will be charged per MMS. To send or receive MMS overseas, additional roaming data charges will be incurred.
• Mobile services (including value added services and applications) that you can enjoy with your iPhone 3G will work in accordance with the configuration of the mobile network.
• Customers are required to pay for the monthly MTR, Tunnels and License Fee of $12 while customer who subscribe to monthly plan of $298 or above will be waived.
• Handset prepayment is required and will to be rebated to customer’s account in 18 or 24 months..
• Hutchison Telecom reserves the right to change the offers without prior notice.
• The SMS and data usage are subject to fair usage policy.
• Unless otherwise specified, the usage entitlement and fee of the monthly plan applies to local service only.
