Customer must be the cardholders holding designated Hang Seng Credit Card. Customer is required to commit to a designated Card Interest-Free Instalment Plan with Hang Seng Bank (total purchase amount will be $4,680 for 16GB and $5,460 for 32GB) to purchase the iPhone 3GS from Hutchison Telecommunications (Hong Kong) Limited and subscribe to an iPhone Monthly Plan for a contract period of 24 months and settle the monthly service fees for the service plan by Direct Debit Authorization during contract period. The name of Hang Seng Credit cardholder must be the same as the iPhone plan subscriber. Customers are entitled to a cash reward from Hang Seng Bank ranging from $1,080 to $4,680 depending on the iPhone 3GS purchased and the service plan subscribed upon completion of the designated 24-month Instalment Plan and service plan without termination and alteration. The cash reward will be credited to the payment account of the eligible cardholder when the 24th instalment amount is debited. The above iPhone 3GS offers are applicable to new and selected Customer. Customer is required to commit 24 months contract and subscribe to specific VAS packages with minimum $28 per month during contract period. Customers are required to pay for the monthly MTR, Tunnels and License Fee of $12 while customer who subscribe to monthly plan of $298 or above will be waived. In case of early termination of the service plan during the contract period of whatever reasons, a liquidated damages fee will be charged by 3HK. Unless otherwise specified, the usage entitlement and fee of the monthly plan applies to local service only.
